  • 7.15 to 8.30 A.M – Toilet / Bathing / Washing cloth
  • 8.30 to 9.00 A.M – Break fast
  • 9.00 to 9.30 A.M – Reading Newspaper
  • 9.30 to 9.35 A.M – Mindfulness Breathing
  • 9.35 to 11.00 A.M – Counseling Session With Counselor
  • 11. 00 to 12.00 A.M – Yoga
  • 12.00 to 12.10 P.M – Tea
  • 12.10 to 1.15 P.M – Life Skills/DBT Training Classes
  • 1.15 to 2.00 P.M – Lunch Break
  • 2.00 to 3.00 P.M – Rest
  • 3.00 to 4.00 P.M – Class / Group therapy / Group activities
  • 4.00 to 5.00 P.M – Physical Exercise
  • 5.00 to 5.10 P.M – Rest
  • 5.10 to 5.30 P.M – Evening Snacks and Tea
  • 5.30 to 6.00 P.M – Mindfulness Exercise
  • 6.00 to 7.00 P.M – Doctor Visit
  • 7.00 to 8.00 P.M – Television Time
  • 8.00 to 8.30 P.M – Dinner time
  • 8.30 to 9.00 P.M – Medicine Time
  • 9.30 P.M onwards – Lights Off
