- 9.30 to 9.35 A.M – Mindfulness Breathing
- 9.35 to 11.00 A.M – Counseling Session With Counselor
- 11. 00 to 12.00 A.M – Yoga
- 12.00 to 12.10 P.M – Tea
- 12.10 to 1.15 P.M – Life Skills/DBT Training Classes
- 1.15 to 2.00 P.M – Lunch Break
- 2.00 to 3.00 P.M – Rest
- 3.00 to 4.00 P.M – Class / Group therapy / Group activities
- 4.00 to 5.00 P.M – Physical Exercise
- 5.00 to 5.10 P.M – Rest
- 5.10 to 5.30 P.M – Evening Snacks and Tea
- 5.30 to 6.00 P.M – Mindfulness Exercise
- 6.00 to 7.00 P.M – Doctor Visit
